You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features and may not be able to become a Suggestor or Referrer. Personally Identifiable Information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, home or other physical address, an email address, phone number or other contact information, whether at work or at home.

How Is Such Information Used?

USuggest uses the Personally Identifiable Information collected from Suggestors and Referrers to contact them about issues relating to their Suggestor or Referrer accounts, to provide them with USuggest offers and promotions, to send service announcements and administrative messages, and to provide them with updates as our Site evolves.

Is The Information Shared or Disclosed?

USuggest does not rent, sell or share Personally Identifiable Information to or with third parties, except that it may be shared with our third party service providers in order to facilitate USuggests use of the information as described above. Also, a Suggestors name may be displayed in connection with their Suggestions on the Site if this option is chosen by the Suggestor when making the Suggestion or at the time of downloading the Suggestion Toolbar.
